PCM9GA and AZ Golf Association
Dues is Due
Dues for 2009 is
$40.00 of which $15 goes to the AZ Golf Assn. Unlike everything
else our dues have not been increased!! It is important all dues
be collected by December 15th. At that time if dues are not paid,
your name is erased from the AGA membership list and if paid later
requires a complete membership application
and, reentry into the system. So, save our Volunteers some time,
and pay on time!!
Personal checks made
out to PCM9GA and cash are acceptable. Our treasurer will be collecting
at each of our events between now and December 15th, and will accept
mail at 2954 N. 157th Ave, Goodyear 85395 (Bruce Hulbert).
Also, IF you do
not expect to renew membership please notify Bruce at 623-535-8761
or bhulbert2@cox.net as
soon as you have made that decision.
